It's Official!
After 6 month of trading, La Creperie de Sophie has now been recognised as being the best crepe maker in Wales! Its products range from the traditional savoury Galettes made with buckwheat to the superb, sweet & delicious sweet crepes.
We also sell gourmet Sauces such as Caramel Breton, Divine Lemon Sauce or even Gourmet Chocolate Sauce, and we pack Crepes and Galettes in sealable bags for you to take home and garnish.
The farmers markets attended on a weekly or monthly basis are: Cardiff Riverside, Roath, Mumbles, Newport, Merthyr Tidfil, Cowbridge & Penarth. We are also on the verge of signing on a pitch in Abergavenny as well as in St Brides Major for their Monthly Local Produce Market event. Please contact us for dates and locations.
We also cater on Festivals and Fayres such as the Victorian Fair Day of Llantwit Major, the Under Construction Festival in Maindy Stadium, The Tall Ship Festival in Barry, the Cowbridge Food and Drink Festival, or for private functions and parties such as Cowbridge and Llantwit Major twinning associations, PTA events, birthdays, etc...
